Job Description
We are hiring customer-oriented Sales Consultants to represent our automobile brand across regional showrooms. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospective car buyers, identifying their mobility needs, recommending suitable models, managing test drives, and facilitating the end-to-end purchasing process.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide consultative sales guidance to prospective car buyers visiting the showroom or connecting via phone/digital leads.
- Understand customer lifestyle, budget, and vehicle usage to recommend the best vehicle variants and accessories.
- Organize and conduct vehicle test drives while highlighting key safety, performance, and tech features.
- Coordinate with in-house bank and insurance representatives to provide financing solutions and quotes to clients.
- Maintain regular contact with prospective buyers, address product queries, overcome objections, and finalize bookings.
- Maintain post-delivery touchpoints to build long-term relationships and generate repeat and referral business.

Desired Candidate Profile
Pleasant and well-spoken sales professionals who excel in customer service and consultative selling. Candidates should be comfortable engaging with high-value retail clients, possess strong follow-up discipline, and have a good understanding of the local automotive market.
Work Experience
- 1 to 4 Years (Freshers with strong communication and sales acumen or experienced sales professionals from automobile/retail/hospitality backgrounds).
Candidate Profile
- Strong spoken communication, polite demeanour, and active listening abilities.
- Passion for cars and eagerness to learn technical automobile specifications.
- Ability to handle client queries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Valid Four-Wheeler Driving License preferred.
