Terms & Conditions

• New user registration: A Referral Partner receives points in proportion to profile completion. If a profile is 20% complete, 20% of the points are allocated and the remaining points stay pending until the profile is updated.
• Applications: A Referral Partner receives points when a candidate applies through a referral link shared through any medium.
• Free classified job postings: Points are awarded when an employer opens the first non-premium application.
• Resume views: Points are allocated once per company when an employer views a resume from the employer dashboard. Multiple views by the same company, premium resume opens, and views from a Referral Partner account do not earn additional points.
• Interviews: The candidate must confirm the application and interview call letter before the interview. Both the candidate and employer must confirm attendance.

Shaleen Management Consultants Pvt Ltd may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective when posted on the website. Continued participation in the Program after a change is posted constitutes consent to that change.

• Shaleen Management Consultants Pvt Ltd may suspend or terminate the Program, or a user's ability to participate in it, at any time and for any reason.
• We may review referral activity, suspend accounts, deny rewards, or modify referrals where activity appears abusive or fraudulent.
• If you do not earn SJ Points or remain inactive for three months, your account may be automatically deactivated.

By participating in the Program, you release Shaleen Management Consultants Pvt Ltd and its agents from all liability, including liability relating to any and all rewards.

Taxes will be deducted at source on all payments, where applicable.

If you use our services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify Shaleen Management Consultants Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees against claims or actions arising from the use of the services or violation of these terms, including related liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, litigation costs, and attorneys' fees.

• No incentives are offered for applications received on a Free Classified Job Post unless the employer purchases the resume before expiry.
• No incentives are offered for applications received in the unmatched category.
• Team incentives are distributed according to the applicable level after payment is distributed within the team.
• Account ownership cannot be transferred or altered by a user. Only Shaleen Management Consultants Pvt Ltd may transfer account ownership in exceptional circumstances.
• SJ Points cannot be encashed. Only eligible rewards and earnings connected to a cash transaction or website purchase may be encashed and distributed according to the applicable ratio and level.
• Earned points can only be used for products and services prescribed by Shaleen Jobs.
• Your Referral Number and referral link must be included in every promotional link so referred users can be correctly associated with your account.
• Earnings from E-hire interviews are eligible for the first 20 interviews only.
• SJ Points expire after 12 months and automatically lapse if they are not used within that period.
• SJ Points and earnings targets and ceilings are calculated quarterly.
• Earnings are distributed monthly through online payment modes only.
• You must verify your email address, phone number, and KYC details to receive rewards and earnings.
• Post-Paid earnings are shared only after the replacement period is complete and recruitment is successful.
• Maximum quarterly earnings cannot exceed the account ceiling amount.

• Comply with all applicable commercial and public anti-bribery laws.
• Send referral emails only to people you know.
• Not engage in activity that may be considered fraudulent, invasive, or spam.
