We are seeking target-driven Sales Executives to handle retail car sales across various dealership branches in Rajasthan. The position involves attending to showroom customers, conducting vehicle presentations and test drives, generating leads through direct outreach, and closing bookings.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet showroom walk-ins and explain vehicle features, technical specifications, variants, and price options.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives.
- Proactively follow up on fresh leads generated via walk-ins, digital channels, telemarketing, and local events.
- Assist customers with vehicle finance schemes, insurance options, and exchange evaluations.
- Ensure documentation, booking advance collections, and coordination with delivery teams for vehicle handover.
- Maintain complete daily inquiry logs, visit reports, and follow-up data in the dealership CRM or sales registers.

- Graduation/Diploma - Any of Degree - Any of Specialization
Desired Candidate Profile
Enthusiastic automobile sales professionals with at least 1 year of hands-on sales experience. The candidate should be passionate about cars, customer-centric, persuasive, and hold a valid four-wheeler driving license.
Work Experience
- Minimum 1 Year of experience in automobile, retail, or consumer goods sales (Four-wheeler dealership experience strongly preferred).
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience.
- Confident communication, customer interaction, and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of four-wheeler technical features, financing, and insurance processes.
- Valid Four-Wheeler Driving License is mandatory.
