Procurement & Sales Officer (Pre-Owned / Old Vehicles)
Job Description
We are hiring dedicated Procurement & Sales Officers for our Pre-Owned / Used Car division in Udaipur. The role entails inspecting, evaluating, and purchasing pre-owned cars from individual owners/exchanges, as well as marketing and retailing certified used vehicles to prospective buyers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source and procure pre-owned four-wheelers through customer walk-ins, new car exchange leads, open market sellers, and digital channels.
- Conduct comprehensive technical and physical vehicle evaluations (inspecting engine health, chassis, body condition, electricals, odometer reading, and accidental history).
- Estimate vehicle valuation and refurbishment costs, and negotiate procurement prices with car owners.
- Verify vehicle documentation including RC, service records, insurance validity, RTO NOCs, challans, and loan hypothecation status.
- Showcase, pitch, and sell used vehicle inventory to retail buyers and used-car dealers.
- Arrange test drives, assist pre-owned buyers with used-car financing/transfer documentation, and achieve monthly procurement and retail sales targets.

- Candidates with practical expertise in inspecting and valuing used cars, understanding fair market vehicle prices, and navigating RTO/vehicle documentation. Must be equally capable of sourcing/procuring used cars and driving retail sales of pre-owned inventory.
Work Experience
- 1 to 5 Years of experience in used-car evaluation, pre-owned car procurement, or used-car sales (experience with branded certified used-car outlets like True Value, AutoChoice, Cars24, Spinny, or multi-brand dealerships preferred).
Candidate Profile
- Strong hands-on knowledge of automobile mechanical parts, body inspection, paint/accidental detection, and market valuation.
- Understanding of RTO transfer procedures, ownership transfer, RC verification, and used-car loan processes.
- Strong negotiation and client handling skills for both buying and selling vehicles.
- Valid Four-Wheeler Driving License is mandatory.
