Job Description
- Develop and strengthen referral marketing network for Home Healthcare Services.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Doctors, Hospitals, Clinics, Nursing Homes and Healthcare Professionals.
- Generate leads for Home Nursing, Caregiver Services, Physiotherapy, Doctor Visit at Home, Medical Equipment and other Home Care Services.
- Identify and develop new referral channels including Diagnostic Centres, Pharmacies, Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), NGOs and Corporate HR departments.
- Initiate and manage tie-ups with Senior Citizen Clubs, Senior Living Communities and Social Organizations for awareness activities and lead generation.
- Organise health talks, medical camps, awareness programs and community engagement activities.
- Visit hospitals and healthcare professionals regularly to strengthen referral relationships
- Maintain database of referral partners and submit daily/weekly activity reports.
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery to referred patients.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
