Job Description

we are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, converting leads, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.


Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

2.⁠ ⁠Convert leads into sales opportunities by building relationships and understanding customer needs.

3.⁠ ⁠Accurately input and update lead information in our CRM system.

4.⁠ ⁠Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and dashboards to track lead progress and sales performance.

5.⁠ ⁠Respond to emails and inquiries from corporate clients and partners.
