The incumbent will be responsible for Bodyshop department revenue and
profitability with enhancement of productivity by improving TAT.
He would be a major contributor for mechanical repairs by M1 and tvl2
conversion.
Upselling of RSA, Maxi care and accessories with Bodyshop CCCF/1000
RO targets.
Heading the Bodyshop department by leading, training and reviewing
department functioning.
Accountable for upkeepment of Bodyshop floor (Floor hygiene) and
understanding floor employees.

Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
Post Graduate/ Management
Desirable Qualifications:
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years as Manager/HoD
role.
Knowledge of bodyshop repairs and painting technology
Budgeting and forecasting- Cost monitoring
Productivity and TAT improvement
