Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and profitability.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, enquiries, test drives, bookings, and retail deliveries.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Manage sales forecasting, pipeline, and performance reporting.
  • Recruit, train, and coach Sales Consultants to improve productivity.
  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and registration teams for seamless vehicle delivery.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and customer engagement activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and corporate clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to OEM guidelines and dealership policies.
  • Prepare MIS reports and present sales performance to management.
