Key Responsibilities
● Support the marketing team in planning and executing brand campaigns.
● Brainstorm content ideas that align with Whyte Farms’ brand positioning, goals, and
customer audience.
● Manage and coordinate social media content planning across Instagram, Facebook,
LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
● Research social media trends, competitor content, viral formats, and consumer insights.
● Work closely with designers and videographers to create reels, product videos,
campaign creatives, carousels, stories, and ad content.
● Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns, including shortlisting influencers, briefing
them, tracking content, and ensuring timely delivery.
● Assist in planning UGC-style content, product shoots, customer stories, testimonials, and
campaign concepts.
● Ensure that all marketing communication reflects the premium, clean, fresh, and
trustworthy identity of Whyte Farms.
● Support execution of festive campaigns, product launches, sa
communication
Required Skills
● Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
● Creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
● Good written and verbal communication skills.
● Basic knowledge of Instagram trends, reels, influencer marketing, and campaign
execution.
● Ability to create clear briefs for designers, videographers, and content creators.
● Good coordination and project management skills.
● Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and
basic digital marketing tools.
● Strong attention to detail.
● Ability to work with speed and ownership.
● Interest in food, lifestyle, D2C, premium brands, or FMCG marketing.
Preferred Skills
● Prior experience in social media, digital marketing, influencer marketing, content
creation, or brand campaigns.
● Basic understanding of Meta ads, performance creatives, reels, UGC content, and
content analytics.
● Experience in food, FMCG, lifestyle, wellness, or D2C bra
