Key Responsibilities
● Work on cold leads, inactive customers, trial users, and subscription data to drive
conversions.
● Analyze existing subscriptions and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and
reactivation.
● Study customer feedback data to understand why customers are not converting,
pausing, or discontinuing.
● Call and follow up with potential customers to explain Whyte Farms products, quality,
service, and subscription benefits.
● Retarget customers who have shown interest but have not yet started ordering.
● Work on customer win-back campaigns for inactive or churned customers.
● Identify loopholes in the customer journey and suggest improvements to increase
conversion.
● Maintain lead tracking sheets, conversion reports, and follow-up records.
● Coordinate with customer support and marketing teams to improve customer
communication.
● Track daily calls, follow-ups, conversion status, and revenue generated.

Required Skills
● Strong sales and persuasion skills.
● Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
● Ability to understand customer needs and pitch accordingly.
● Comfort with calling, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
● Strong data understanding and basic analytical ability.
● Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, CRM tools, and lead management systems.
● Target-driven mindset.
● Strong follow-up discipline.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
● Problem-solving attitude and ownership mindset.
Preferred Skills
● Experience in telesales, inside sales, D2C sales, FMCG, food, subscription businesses,
or customer reactivation.
● Understanding of customer lifecycle, lead funnel, and retention.
● Prior experience in using CRM tools will be an added advantage.
Eligibility
● Experience Required: 2–3 years preferred
● Education: Graduate and above
● Working Days: 6 days a week
● Weekly Off: Rotational off / flexible as per roster
