Key Purpose of the Role:
This role will be accountable for increasing company’s revenue and meeting the revenue
targets of Banking domain clients by managing Sales portfolio of Products, Software,
Systems and Services by identifying profitable business opportunities, developing long-term
business growth strategies and maintaining relationship with principals, consistent with
initiatives and business objectives specified by the senior management.
Role Based Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development person. We are

Desired Candidate’s Profile:
• Proven track record of business development for the Contract Manufacturing
products
• Sales Management in a multi-vendor multi-product services environment in a project
management way
• Stays abreast of the latest market trends, technologies, and offerings.
• Critical thinking ablity and problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal and
communication skills, Negotiation skills
• Engineering background is preferred. MBA / PG in Marketing would be given the due
weightage.
