Desired Candidate Profile
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and professional personality.
* Prior experience in real estate, property sales, residential plots, or direct sales will be preferred.
* Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
* Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a two-wheeler for client visits and site inspections.
* Good interpersonal, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
* Ability to generate leads, handle walk-in customers, conduct property presentations and site visits, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into sales.
