Job Description
- Manage and oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the Home Healthcare branch.
- Lead and supervise Nursing Staff, General Duty Assistants (GDAs), Caregivers and other field operations personnel.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, deployment and management of home healthcare staff as per patient requirements.
- Conduct patient assessments and home visits before service onboarding to understand patient needs and recommend appropriate care plans.
- Perform regular follow-up visits after onboarding to ensure quality of care, patient satisfaction and service continuity.
- Act as the primary face of *Sayluss Medicare* for patients and their families in the assigned city, ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
- Coordinate with referral partners, doctors and hospitals for seamless transition of patients to home care services.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, documentation, quality standards and operational protocols.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance monitoring and issue resolution.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of service-related concerns.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, induction and training of field staff.
- Monitor branch performance, operational KPIs and submit daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports to management.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to support branch growth while maintaining excellent service quality.
