We are hiring an MCI-registered OB-GYN Consultant for our hospital in Haidargarh (Barabanki, UP). This is a flexible, retainership-based role where the doctor does not need to reside or work daily at the hospital campus.
You can continue your current clinical practice, employment, or private work wherever you are currently located. You will only be required to visit our hospital on a call basis when critical/emergency cases, surgical procedures, or scheduled consultations arise, while receiving a fixed, continuous annual package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend emergency obstetric cases, high-risk deliveries, and gynecological procedures at our Haidargarh hospital on an on-call basis.
- Perform surgeries (e.g., C-sections, minor/major gynecological procedures) as required when called.
- Provide expert consultation and patient management during scheduled on-call visits.
- Coordinate with the resident medical staff for patient management before arriving or post-procedure.

Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking an MCI/NMC registered medical professional specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology. The candidate must be based in or belong to Uttar Pradesh and be willing to travel to our Haidargarh hospital on an on-call emergency/case basis. Fresh graduates/postgraduates are welcome to apply.
Work Experience
- 0 to 5 Years (Freshers / No prior experience required; open to newly passed MD/MS/DGO candidates)
Candidate Profile
- Valid registration with Medical Council of India (MCI) / National Medical Commission (NMC) or Uttar Pradesh Medical Council (UPMC).
- Native to or currently residing in Uttar Pradesh with willingness to travel to Haidargarh when summoned.
- Ability to independently manage basic and emergency obstetric/gynecological emergencies and surgeries.
- Flexibility to balance own existing setup/job while providing on-call coverage.
