Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
  • Assign sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Generate new business opportunities and support team members in closing sales.
  • Conduct daily sales reviews, team meetings, and performance evaluations.
  • Train and mentor sales executives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
  • Monitor lead management, customer follow-ups, and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth customer service.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and dealership standards.
