- Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and available offers.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, references, field visits, and digital inquiries.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Stay updated on new models, competitor products, and market trends.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
