Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend customers for accident repair and bodyshop service requirements.
  • Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare repair estimates.
  • Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim approvals and documentation.
  • Explain repair work, cost estimates, and timelines to customers.
  • Create job cards and monitor repair progress.
  • Coordinate with technicians, painters, and bodyshop teams for smooth workflow.
  • Ensure timely delivery of repaired vehicles.
  • Maintain customer updates throughout the repair process.
  • Resolve customer queries and handle complaints professionally.
  • Maintain service records and achieve customer satisfaction targets.
