Key Responsibilities
- Attend customers for accident repair and bodyshop service requirements.
- Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare repair estimates.
- Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim approvals and documentation.
- Explain repair work, cost estimates, and timelines to customers.
- Create job cards and monitor repair progress.
- Coordinate with technicians, painters, and bodyshop teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure timely delivery of repaired vehicles.
- Maintain customer updates throughout the repair process.
- Resolve customer queries and handle complaints professionally.
- Maintain service records and achieve customer satisfaction targets.
