Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and disciplined Telecaller/Telesales Executive to support our
industrial machinery sales workflow. Technical knowledge is not mandatory initially; training and
scripts will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
• Make 80–120 outbound calls/day
• Contact prospects from cold and warm lead lists
• Explain products using structured sales scripts
• Generate and qualify enquiries
• Identify customer needs and ask targeted questions
• Handle objections and support sales closing
• Cross-sell and upsell suitable solutions
• Schedule meetings with decision makers
• Handle WhatsApp and email follow-ups
• Maintain CRM records, customer notes and interaction history
• Handle customer queries professionally and maintain company reputation

Essential Requirements
• Strong Hindi/Hinglish communication with basic English
• Strong active listening and persuasive communication skills
• Confident and target-oriented personality
• Resilient towards rejection and follow-up intensive work
• Basic CRM and Microsoft Office knowledge
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer service or telemarketing preferred

Outbound calls/day: 80–120
CRM completion: 100%
Qualified conversations/day: 5–10
Appointments/week: 5+
Follow-up completion: >90%
