The candidates should have hands-on experience in routine wet lab testing of limestone, lime, and related mineral samples, including sample preparation, filtration, weighing, and titration. They should be familiar with basic instruments and equipment such as an Analytical balance, a colourimeter, Glassware (burettes, pipettes, flasks, beakers, funnels, measuring cylinders, a Hot plate, oven, desiccator, handling acids (HCl, H₂SO₄, HNO₃, HF) and indicators. Laboratory experience, preferably in a mining, minerals processing, or metallurgical environment. Experience with instrumental analytical techniques (e.g., AAS, ICP, XRF). Familiarity with mineral sample preparation and digestion techniques (e.g., aqua regia, fire assay, fusion). Strong understanding of laboratory QA/QC principles and safety practices. Good organisational and communication skills with high attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is an advantage. Perf
