Commercial/ Liaison Executive- mining and mineral site
Job Description
Description:
· Coordinate with government departments such as Mining & Geology, Forest, Environment, Pollution Control Board, Land Revenue, and Local Administration.
· Facilitate timely submission, follow-up, and renewal of statutory permits, licenses, and approvals (e.g., mining leases, EC, FC, explosive license, consent-to-operate).
· Build and maintain relationships with landowners, village leaders, local communities, and panchayat authorities.
· Support land acquisition, lease renewals, compensation discussions, and settlement processes.
· Address community concerns and help maintain the company’s social license to operate.
· Prepare, coordinate, and maintain documentation for regulatory submissions, inspections, and audits.
· Assist in preparing MIS reports related to permits, approvals, and liaison activities.
· Conduct regular field visits to mining sites to maintain ground-level understanding of operations.
