Description:
Mine Foreman oversees and coordinates daily mining operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive extraction of minerals. supervising mining crews, monitoring equipment and production activities, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Statutory & Legal Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Mines Act & Regulations, DGMS guidelines, and IBM-approved Mining Plan.Maintain statutory registers. Ensure benches, ramps, & haul roads as per DGMS standards. Production & Mine Operations: Achieve daily/shift targets for limestone production and overburden removal. Supervise drilling patterns suitable for limestone strata. Monitor and guide excavation, loading, and hauling cycles. Ensure smooth coordination between crusher feed, stockpile management, and mine production.Drilling & Blasting Supervision: Check drilling quality: depth, burden, spacing, inclination, stemming practices.
