Job Responsibilities
Perform incoming inspection of electronic components, including:
Visual inspection
Dimensional checks
Electrical testing
Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and verify supplier documentation such as:
Test reports
Certificates of compliance
Datasheets
Identify non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, manage rejected material in quarantine, and coordinate Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) with internal teams and suppliers
Maintain inspection records, prepare quality reports, and update control plans for electronic components
Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and internal procedures
Hands-on involvement in soldering processes and inspection of soldered assemblies (mandatory requirement)

ey Skills Required
Strong knowledge of electronic components and inspection/testing methods
Experience with quality tools, reports, and documentation
Good understanding of soldering techniques and workmanship standards
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional internal teams
