Billing Accountant / Billing Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for a Billing Accountant / Billing Engineer who is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in handling billing, invoice processing, and online tender updates. The ideal candidate should have relevant qualifications, strong computer skills, and prior experience in working on platforms like Ariba Portal.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, process, and manage invoicesfor civil and mechanical construction projects.
Work on Ariba Portal for invoice submission and approval tracking.
Follow up for invoice approvals and payment status.
Monitor online tenders, update tender status, and maintain related documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate billing.
Maintain proper billing records and reports.

- UG Graduation - B.com, - Any of Specialization,
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification:Commerce Graduate / Engineering Graduate.
Experience:Prior experience in billing, invoice processing, and tender updates (experience with Ariba Portal preferred).
Strong computer skillsand proficiency in MS Office.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
