- UG Graduation - ITI, B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile
Desired Candidate Profile:
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech in Automobile, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in automobile diagnostics, workshop operations, or OEM technical support.
- Prior experience as a Technical Trainer or Diagnostic Expert is preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of automotive electrical, electronic, engine management, transmission, ABS, SRS, HVAC, and EV systems.
- Proficiency in OEM diagnostic scanners and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with passenger cars, commercial vehicles, or EVs.
- Knowledge of CAN Bus, ECU programming, calibration, and software updates.
- Ability to create technical documentation and training content.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for dealership and field training assignments.
