We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Executive to handle our corporate legal affairs, case management, and compliance-related documentation. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all company activities are legally sound and aligned with current laws, rules, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all corporate legal matters, including drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, MoUs, agreements, and company documents. Manage ongoing and pending cases, liaising with external legal counsels, law firms, and authorities when required. Provide legal advice and support to management on day-to-day business operations and compliance requirements. Stay updated on relevant laws, orders, sections, and legal amendments affecting corporate and logistics operations. Maintain proper records of case files, notices, and legal correspondence.
