Job Description
we are urgently hiring accounts two position for Reputed Indian multinational for Gaborone capital of Botswana, in Africa region, its Indian multinational deals in Gems and jewellery
Collaborate with and provide financial support to other departments for budgeting, cost control, and financial planning purposes.
Books of Account Management:
Oversee the maintenance, completion, and accuracy of books of accounts in compliance with statutory regulations and accounting standards.
Idle Fund Monitoring:
Analyze cash flows and report idle funds to management with recommendations for effective utilization or investment.
Managing Investment Portfolio & Providing insight of alternative fund ,PMS and Mutual fund etc.
Financial Statements & Audit Finalization:

Qualifications & Education
- PG Graduation - CA, ICWA, - Any of Specialization,
- Graduation/Diploma - M.Com - Commerce
- Graduation/Diploma - M.Com - Commerce
Desired Candidate Profile
preferably ,male candidate with commerce graduation with 4-5 years experience in core accounting with trading or manufacturing company ready to relocate in bachelor accommodation for 3 years
Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and audit practices
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics preferred)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sound understanding of banking and treasury operations
Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA) / MBA Finance or equivalent professional qualification
20+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, preferably in manufacturing sectors.
Proven track record of handling audits, financial reporting, and compliance.
