We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) – Bulk Sales who
can identify, approach, and convert bulk buyers for company products. The ideal candidate should
be comfortable with outbound sales, lead generation, negotiations, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and build databases of potential bulk buyers.
Reach out through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and networking.
Generate qualified meetings with decision-makers.
Conduct product presentations and virtual meetings.
Coordinate quotations, samples, pricing, and negotiations.
Close bulk purchase agreements and repeat orders.
Build long-term relationships with key accounts.
Maintain CRM and sales pipeline updates.
Track competitor offerings and pricing.
Provide market insights and customer feedback.

Required Skills
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Experience in B2B sales or business development
• Lead generation and prospecting skills
• Negotiation and closing abilities
• CRM proficiency
• MS Excel and Google Sheets knowledge
Preferred
• Experience selling home décor, gifting, furniture, garden, lifestyle, handicrafts, or FMCG products
• Existing network with corporate procurement teams
• Experience handling large-ticket B2B deals

Compensation
Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives linked to revenue, new account acquisition, and
