We are hiring a proactive and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive for an engineering and manufacturing company based in Kaladwas Industrial Area, Udaipur. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and supporting B2B marketing and industrial sales activities.
The role focuses on connecting with potential business clients, understanding their requirements, and promoting the company’s industrial products and services. The candidate will play a key role in lead generation and initial client engagement for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients in industrial, manufacturing, and engineering sectors.
Generate qualified leads for B2B sales and business development.
Maintain and update customer databases and records.
Understand client requirements and share relevant product/service information.
Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversion of leads.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in telecalling, B2B marketing, and industrial sales.
Requirements:
Any Graduate (preferred).
Female candidates preferred.
0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales (freshers can apply).
Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and data entry.
Ability to handle calls professionally and confidently.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic understanding of B2B sales or industrial products will be an added advantage.
Ability to work in a team environment.
