Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team at Kaldwas Industrial Area, Udaipur. The candidate will be responsible for operating Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to produce precision components as per technical drawings and specifications.
The role involves setting up machines, monitoring operations, and ensuring quality production with minimal errors. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC machine operation and a good understanding of machining processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines such as lathe, milling, and drilling machines.
Set up machines by installing tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per job requirements.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality of output.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge of CNC operations along with practical experience in a manufacturing setup.
Requirements:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
1–5 years of experience as a CNC Operator.
Knowledge of CNC machine operations and basic programming (preferred).
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Familiarity with measuring tools and quality inspection processes.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good physical stamina and ability to work in shifts if required.
Disciplined, responsible, and team-oriented attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
