Plant manager
1.Oversee daily plant/manufacturing operations
2.Ensure production target are achieved on time
3.Manage production planning and scheduling
4.Monitor product quality and process efficiency
5.Supervise plant staff and workforce
6.Ensure safety,health and environmental
7.Compliance
8.Control production costs and reduce wastage
9.Coordinate with maintenance, procurement and quality teams
10.Monitor machine performance and plant maintenance
11.Prepare production report and MIS
12.Improve productivity and operational
13.Efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards

- UG Graduation - B.E/B.Tech - Any of Specialization, Electrical, Mechanical, Material Technology, Chemical

5-10year experienced
B.tech/B.E.(mechanical,Electrical,Production,Industrial engineering)
Diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering(With experience)
