Production Engineer - Trainee
Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Trainee Engineer – Production to support day-to-day production activities in an electronics manufacturing environment. The candidate will work with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily production activities as per the production plan.
- Assist in SMT, PCB/PCBA assembly, testing and manufacturing processes.
- Follow SOPs, work instructions and quality standards.
- Monitor production processes and report abnormalities.
- Maintain production records, checklists and shift reports.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Production teams.
- Assist in reducing rejection, rework and production downtime.
- Follow 5S, ESD and workplace safety practices.
- Support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of electronic components.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of PCB/PCBA and electronic components.
- Basic understanding of production and manufacturing processes.
- Basic MS Excel and documentation skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication or related disciplines.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience can apply.
