Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our passenger car sales team. The role involves selling new four-wheeler passenger vehicles, generating leads, sourcing new customers, handling showroom and field sales inquiries, conducting test drives, explaining vehicle features, finance and insurance options, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The candidate will build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensure timely follow-ups, achieve monthly sales targets, and coordinate with the delivery and finance teams for a smooth customer experience. Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Profile – Sales Executive Passenger Car Sales
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Automobile background preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in passenger car, automobile dealership, or four-wheeler sales. Fresh candidates with excellent sales aptitude may also be considered.
* Sound knowledge of passenger cars, vehicle features, finance options, and the automobile sales process.
* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
* Pleasing personality with a professional and customer-focused attitude.
* Quick learner, self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
* Strong team player with the ability to build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.
* Must possess a valid **LMV (4-wheeler) driving license** and be confident
