Job Description

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive for a luxury 5-star resort located approximately 100 km from Udaipur.

The selected candidate will support end-to-end recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, payroll support, statutory compliance, HR records, employee engagement activities, HR MIS, and day-to-day HR administration.

The role requires coordination with department heads to ensure smooth HR operations and timely hiring.

Candidates with hospitality industry experience will be given preference.
