We are hiring an experienced HR Manager for a prestigious 5-star resort property located approximately 100 km from Udaipur.

The ideal candidate will lead the complete HR function, including manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee onboarding, payroll administration, statutory compliance, HR policy implementation, employee engagement, performance management, training & development, grievance handling, and HR MIS.

The candidate will work closely with department heads to ensure smooth HR operations while maintaining compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
