We Are Hiring: Service Advisor – Udaipur (3 Positions)

Are you passionate about automobiles and customer service? Here’s an opportunity to work with a reputed dealership where you will be the key interface between customers and the workshop team.

As a Service Advisor, you will understand customer needs, translate their concerns into accurate repair orders, coordinate with the workshop, ensure timely updates, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the service workshop

• Open repair orders & review vehicle history

• Provide accurate cost/time estimates

• Coordinate with floor team & quality controllers

• Keep customers informed on job status

• Explain invoices & replaced parts

• Handle payments and clean-car verification

• Ensure smooth vehicle delivery & 100% Next Day Calls

• Drive customer satisfaction (CCCF, F2F interactions)
