Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to manage and expand our business operations across the Udaipur zone. In this role, you will be responsible for active field sales, generating new business leads, visiting clients, and driving sales for generators, electrical panels, and solar energy systems.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:Field Sales
- Conduct extensive field visits across the Udaipur zone to identify prospective commercial, industrial, and residential clients.
- Generate high-quality sales leads for Gensets, Electrical Control Panels, and Solar installation projects.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners, contractors, facility managers, and site engineers to present product capabilities.
- Understand client power and energy requirements to suggest suitable product models and solutions.
- Maintain and update daily sales records, client pipelines, and site visit logs in MS Excel.
- Follow up on proposals, negotiate pricing terms, and ensure successful deal closures and payment collection.

Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a hands-on sales professional with proven experience in the electrical, power, or solar equipment industry. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with extensive local field travel, have strong client-facing communication skills, and possess basic proficiency in maintaining Excel reports.
Work Experience
- Minimum 1 Year of experience in Genset, Electrical Panel, or Solar industry sales.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1+ year hands-on experience selling Gensets, Electrical Panels, or Solar equipment.
- Active mindset with willingness to perform regular field travel across the Udaipur zone.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and lead-generation skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel for daily reporting and lead tracking.
- Must possess a valid Driving License and personal vehicle for site/client visits.
