Full Time Job
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our manufacturing team at our Kaladwas, Udaipur plant. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the Ball Mill, Mineral Processing, or Mineral Manufacturing Industry and be capable of handling installation, maintenance, and repair of heavy industrial machinery to ensure smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Install, assemble, align, and commission mechanical equipment and machinery.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of Ball Mills and other mineral processing equipment.
Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out timely repairs to minimize production downtime.
Inspect, repair, and replace bearings, shafts, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, motors, couplings, and other mechanical components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, maintenance manuals, and technical specifications.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of mechanical fitting and industrial maintenance.
Hands-on experience with Ball Mill and mineral processing equipment.
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, gearbox, pump, and conveyor systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical breakdowns efficiently.
Good understanding of industrial safety practices.
Ability to work independently and under production deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
ITI (Fitter) is mandatory.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Ball Mill, Mineral Processing, Cement, Mining, or Heavy Manufacturing Industry.
Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance of heavy industrial equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Male candidates aged 35–40 years are preferred.
