Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and highly result-oriented GM – Enterprise Sales to lead and scale enterprise business operations across the South region of India. The role will focus on driving enterprise revenue growth, strengthening strategic client relationships, and executing regional sales strategies for security products and enterprise solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in B2B enterprise sales, key account management, strategic business development, and team leadership within technology, security, or enterprise solution industries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
Define and execute enterprise sales strategy for South India in alignment with organizational goals
Identify high-potential markets, enterprise accounts, and industry verticals for sustained business growth
Lead regional Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and solution positioning initiatives
Develop strategic sales plans to strengthen market presence and competi

Strong expertise in B2B / Enterprise Sales and Key Account Management
Proven experience in consultative and solution-based selling
Ability to engage and influence CXO-level decision-makers
Strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities
Leadership experience in managing large regional enterprise sales teams
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Result-oriented mindset with strong execution capabilities
Desired Candidate Profile
20+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales
Minimum 10+ years in leadership or regional sales management roles
Proven success in driving direct B2B enterprise sales and revenue growth
Experience in handling large enterprise clients and strategic accounts
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and solution selling methodologies
Ability to travel extensively across South India as required
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / IT / Business
