Description:
Coordinate manpower planning and recruitment in consultation with site management. Ensure timely completion of IME (Initial Medical Examination), PME (Periodical Medical Examination), and VTC (Vocational Training) for all employees as per DGMS requirements. Ensure timely joining formalities, and induction of new employees and contract workers. Supervise daily attendance, leave management, and shift records. Coordinate with the payroll team for error-free processing of salaries and statutory deductions. Maintain all statutory registers and records under the Mines Act and CLRA Act, including employment cards, Form A, muster rolls, wage registers, etc. Maintain Daily D Register and ensure accuracy in attendance data for both staff and contract workers. Monitor contractor HR records, wage registers, muster rolls, and ensure timely submission of returns. Address employee grievances promptly and fairly.
