Experience in handling HEMM, crushers, conveyors, pumps, and hydraulics is highly desirable.Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance practices. Leadership and team management. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Familiarity with maintenance software (e.g., ERP,SAP, CMMS) is an advantage. Safety-conscious with knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.Plan, schedule, and supervise mechanical maintenance of heavy equipment (HEMM), fixed plant machinery, and utilities. Knowledge of Crushers and conveyors. Monitor the performance of equipment and lead root cause analysis for breakdowns and recurring issues. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime. Coordinate with operations, stores, purchase, and other departments for timely execution of maintenance activities. Review maintenance logs, reports, and KPIs to track performance and identify. improvement areas. E
