5+ years of ERP implementation or functional consultant experience. Strong understanding of at least two modules: Production, Purchase, Sales, Finance. On-ground experience managing non-tech users and resolving ERP gaps practically. Ability to independently manage issue diagnosis and stakeholder communication. Familiarity with coordination between in-house and third-party ERP developer teams. Experience in user training, support ticketing, and system stabilization. Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to ‘own’ ERP success. Preferred: exposure to custom ERPs or semi-automated environments in MSMEs. We are seeking an experienced, solution-oriented ERP Implementation Manag to drive on- ground deployment and issue resolution for our ERP rollout across Production, Purchase/Sales, and Finance modules.
