Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complete district-level recovery operations
• Handle collections, overdue accounts, and NPAs
• Lead and supervise field recovery teams
• Coordinate with branch teams and legal support
• Ensure achievement of monthly recovery targets
• Maintain recovery MIS and reporting

Education:
• Any Graduate
• MBA preferred
Experience:
• Minimum 4 years experience in NBFC / Financial Services Recovery collection

• Sales & collection management
• Team handling and decision-making
• Basic computer knowledge & MIS handling
• Branch and business management skills
