Key Responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility for branch sales, collections, and operations
• Drive new business acquisition across TW, PL, and SME loans
• Handle branch team management (sales & collection)
• Ensure achievement of targets, SLAs, and portfolio quality
• Manage district-level operations and channel partners
• Ensure compliance with NBFC policies and processes

Education:
• Any Graduate
• MBA preferred
Experience:
• Minimum 4 years experience in NBFC / Financial Services
• Candidates from L&T Finance, Tata Capital, IDFC, Hero Finance preferred

• Team handling and decision-making
• Basic computer knowledge & MIS handling
• Branch and business management skills
