We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head – Banking Solutions Sales to lead end-to-end sales for banking hardware and software solutions. This role will focus on driving business across banking automation, digital solutions, and core banking support systems, offering integrated solutions to banks and financial institutions.
The role requires strong expertise in solution selling, enterprise sales, and banking domain knowledge, with the ability to manage large accounts and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Lead sales for end-to-end banking solutions, including:
oBanking Hardware (ATMs, CRMs, Passbook Printers, Kiosks, Biometric Devices)
oBanking Software & Applications
oDigital Banking & Branch Automation Solutions
oPayment, Transaction & Workflow Automation Solutions
Drive new business acquisition across PSU Banks, Private Banks, NBFCs & Cooperative Banks.
Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation → solutioning → proposal →

Strong experience in Banking Solution Sales (Hardware + Software)

Strong leadership and strategic thinking ability

Education
MBA / PGDM (Sales / Marketing / Strategy) – Preferred
