Key Responsibilities
Lead overall business strategy, operations, and revenue generation
Drive lead generation to closure across all verticals: recruitment, consulting, outsourcing, and technology
Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams in sales, delivery, and support
Manage client relationships, including onboarding, servicing, and satisfaction
Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery across departments
Strategize and execute business development and B2B partnerships
Manage internal operations, team productivity, and process automation
Oversee P&L, budgeting, and performance metrics

Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field
Experience: 5+ years in a similar leadership, business development, or operational role in consulting or services industry
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
Strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset
Ability to manage multiple business verticals
Tech-savvy with knowledge of HRIS/CRM/automation tools (preferred)
