Purchase Executive with a strong
technical background in mechanical procurement. The ideal candidate
must have hands-on experience in sourcing components and equipment
specifically for the Mining Sector and Cement Plant Machinery.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing: Identify and onboard vendors for mechanical
spares, heavy machinery parts, and cement equipment components.
Negotiation: Drive cost-efficiency by negotiating pricing and credit
terms without compromising on quality.
Inventory Management: Coordinate with the production and mechanical
departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
Purchase Orders: Handle the end-to-end PO process, from RFQ (Request
for Quote) to final delivery and payment follow-ups.
Compliance: Ensure all mechanical parts meet industry safety and
quality standards for mining and cement operations.
Candidate Requirements
