he Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales
activities, and ensuring smooth communication between departments and clients. This role helps
improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and contracts
Process sales orders and ensure timely follow-up
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, marketing)
Maintain and update customer and sales records (CRM systems)
Track sales performance and prepare reports
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
Schedule meetings, calls, and sales presentations
Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns and promotions

Required Skills & Qualifications
