Job Description
To build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensure smooth order execution, resolve client issues proactively, and support repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Relationship Management
> Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
> Understand customer requirements and expectations

2. Order Coordination & Execution
> Coordinate with sales, and dispatch teams for order processing
> Ensure timely order confirmation, and delivery
> Track order status and keep customers informed

3. Client Communication & Support
> Address customer queries, complaints, and escalations promptly
> Resolve issues related to quality, or delivery
> Maintain clear and professional communication (email, phone, WhatsApp)

4. Documentation & Records
> Prepare and share quotations, order confirmations, invoices, and dispatch details
> Maintain accurate customer records in files
> Track customer agreements, pricing, and credit terms
