The role involves strategic workforce planning, policy implementation, employee development, and industrial relations management.
The incumbent will be responsible for aligning people processes with the group’s growth objectives and ensuring HR excellence at the unit or cluster level.
Strategic HR & Policy Implementation
Translate corporate HR strategies into actionable initiatives for plants and business units.
Develop and maintain unit-level HR policies, SOPs, and compliance systems.
Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and manpower optimization.
Partner with business heads to align HR goals with operational priorities.
Talent Acquisition & Development
Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
Implement structured competency development and training calendars.

Candidate Profile:
10–20 years of HR experience in industrial, manufacturing, or multi-sector organizations.
Strong command over IR, HR operations, and employee development practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle multi-location workforce and manage large HR teams.
Exposure to HR automation and modern people practices preferred.
