We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Production for a leading EMS client. The role involves planning, monitoring, and executing PCB & SMT assembly line production, coordinating across departments, and ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Execution
Plan and monitor PCB Assembly & SMT line production as per requirements
Ensure adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
Prepare daily production plans and MIS reports
Process & Quality Management
Monitor and improve efficiency, output, and product quality
Ensure smooth SMT and assembly processes with minimal downtime
Implement workflow procedures and standard operating processes
Coordination & Engineering Support
Coordinate with engineering, quality, stores, and maintenance teams
Support BOM definition, validation, and engineering corrections
Ensure effective execution of production and project timelines

Required Candidate Profile
Strong experience in PCB Assembly and SMT Production Lines
Hands-on exposure to production planning, assembly processes, and EMS operations
Ability to analyze production data and improve operational efficiency
Proven leadership and team-handling skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
